  • All leagues and tournaments are configured and run by Flex League. Apple and Google are not sponsers in any way.

  • Upon issueing a refund, the player will not be able to rejoin the same program for 30 days after refund.

Player Rules

  • Players are required to abide by the rules of any court/club they play at. Flex League is not responsible for any misconduct done by any registered players.

  • Flex League guarantees accurate and verified player rating upon submission of at least 6 scores. Any player with less than 6 matches played will have unverified rating.

  • All players agree upon joining any program thattheir phone number will be shared with players involved in their sent invites, as well as any invite they accept.

  • All court bookings are done outside of the app.

Court booking is the resposibility of the player initiating the invite. Flex League recommends one player/team decides on the court, while the other party decides on the date/time.

The invite will include option on how to handle court fees, what balls to use, and whether they want to declare a winner if time runs out no matter the score or if they want to continue the match another day. This is done through the invite window in the app.

  • In leagues and tournaments, refusing invites without communicating with the sender could result in you getting defaulted.

  • Both players/teams must play fairly and must make the line calls for their side of the court without delay. The best approach to any disagreement is to replay the point.

The league admin is closely monitoring player complaints, and reserves the right to remove any player with multiple complaints against them, or players who abuse the complaint system, from the program without refunds.

  • New players with unverified rating registering for a tournament agree upon joining to be placed in the higher level division (if multiple divisions are offered)

  • Upon joining any league, all players (particularly new players with unverified rating) must agree that they may be moved up or down divisions based on their performance (at league admin's discretion). Players that has been moved mid-season will retain their current league record in the new division.

  • In Padel and doubles Tennis leagues and tournaments, switching of partners after the program start date is not allowed, except if the opponents allowed it and if the new player is of similar skill level to the player he/she is replacing.

  • All players agree that their phone number will be shared with other players upon sending or receiving invites, or upon accepting a match post.

  • General criteria for moving up divisions:

    • Finishing a season with 0 losses and winning the end of season tournament.
    • Winning back-to-back end of season tournaments in the same division.
    • Winning 3 matches in a division with a score of 6-0 6-0 against players with established rating (players with 6 or more matches overall). Default wins are not counted.
    • Other scenarios are up to the league admin's discretion.
  • General criteria for moving down divisions:

    • Finishing a season with 0 wins and at least 5 matches played.
    • losing in the first round in two back to back end of season tournaments in the same division.
    • losing 3 matches in a division with a score of 0-6 0-6 against players with established rating (played 6 or more matches overall)
    • Other scenarios are up to the league admin's discretion.

Match Rules

  • Accepted match format is 1 full set match, best of 3 full set match, best of 3 short set match, or straight 8 or 10 pro set match. Any other score is accepted at league admin’s discretion.

Players must agree prior to the start of the match on the format of the match and duece rules. If agreement was not possible, then the default match rules applies: best of 3 sets, each set is 6 games, no golden point.

  • Both players/teams must confirm the score after every point, and at the end of the match. The winning player/team must submit the score right after the match using the app. Any adjustment to the final score must be reported within 5 minutes of score submission.

  • Late show ups are acceptable up to 15 minutes. Any later than that, if the opposing player wasn’t made aware of it by the inform of delay option in the app, they would receive a 0-0 match win that counts towards qualifying for the end of season tournament.

  • Cancellations are done via the app a minimum of 4 hours prior to the match. Any less than that will be a request sent to the opposing player for their approval using the app. Any nonrefundable court fees are the responsibility of the player who initiated the cancellation.

  • Cancellation All players joining a League or a Tournament agree upon joining that the assigned end date may change up to 10 days according to need and under the supervision of the league admin.

  • Players also agree upon joining to the general tournament rules (Click here to view) and League rules (Click here to view).
