You are responsible for scheduling your matches at the appropriate time for you by sending an invite to your opponent in the draw using the app, or by accepting his invite, or by communicating with the sender should the invite be unsuitable for you.
You may specify a court in the invite if you have a booking. Generally it is expected of the player initiating the invite to have a court booking.
Flex League recomends that a player/team determines the court, while the other party determines the day/time.
The invite will include your court (if you have a booking), options on how to handle court fees, what balls to use, and whether you want to declare a winner if time runs out no matter the score or if you want to continue the match another day
One All Flex League knockout or groups tournament fees does not include court fees.
All fees for tournaments in a designated court include court fees.
One day prior to the tournament start date, if 8 or more players are registered, players will be placed in the draw, and 1/4th of the players will be seeded based on overall match record and established rating. By registering, new players with unconfirmed rating agree to joining the upper-level bracket (if upper and lower bracket tournaments happen).

Late matches must be communicated to the league admin to be accepted, otherwise both players will default out of the tournament. A reminder notification will be sent to players 2 days prior to the deadline.
Both players/teams must play fairly and must make the line calls for their side of the court without delay. The best approach to any disagreement is to replay the point
