This is a system that rewards players for playing, winning and referring other players to the league/ tournaments and/or hitting partner program (Check out the referral program page for more information about how to refer a friend).
Player of the Year Program Points
You gain points as you compete in the league or tournaments or refer players as follows:
3 points for each win in a league or tournament match
1 point for a tie or a loss in a league or tournament match
5 points for a win in an end of the season tournament
2 points for a loss in an end of the season tournament
10 points for the champion of any tournament
30 points for referring a player that joins a league
20 points for referring a player that joins a tournament
10 points for referring a player that joins the hitting partner program
Player of the Year Prize pool

The prize pool is dependent on the sum of points of the top 20 players across all categories combined in a given year and city. Each sport will have its own player of the year program.

Rewards are given to the top 5 players by the 29th of December each year.
