Flex league offers four seasonal leagues per year (Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring). Each season spans 4 weeks, followed by an End of Season Tournament

• Registration fo each season and closes 2 weeks after starting.

• Season duration and registration window are subject to change at any point according to league admin descretion.

• Flex league offers the following different league categories:

• On the start day of the season, if enough players are registered, players will be divided into different divisions based on their skill level (Check out the player rating page and divisions page for more details)

• If you would like to play in a doubles league but don’t have a partner, we offer you teammate matching on the start date of the season, with a full refund guaratnee in case we couldnt find you a partner.

• Flexible scheduling means that players are able to communicate with other participants in their division on thier available time and court to play matches. Players can initiate an invite or accept an invite that suits them

• Players are required to abide by the rules of any court/club they play at. Flex League is not responsible for any misconduct done by any registered players

• Both players/teams must play fairly and must make the line calls for their side of the court without delay. The best approach to any disagreement is to replay the point

  The league admin is closely monitoring player complaints, and reserves the right to remove any player with multiple complaints against them, or players who abuse the complaint system, from the program without refunds

• Division merges may occur in the instance where the end of season tournament is not combining divisions.

• Players must agree of match format prior to starting the match. If no agreement occures, the main match format will enforced: best of 3 full set match.

• Players must review the score after each match, and the winner must submit the score immediately through the app to avoid any mistakes. Any changes to the score must be reported within 5 minutes of score submission

• In case of unresponsive opponent to sent invites or whatsapp/call attempts, you can contact the league admin to take action.

• You can track the record of all players in the season in each division and you can also track your overall league matches as well as any player’s record by checking their profile page

• You will be able to play 1 match against every opponent in the league. However, midway through the season, another rematch will be allowed against players. 

• The qualification for the end of season tournament (check out the end of season tournament page for details and rewards) is set for 4 wins but 6 total matches played during the season.

• Players phone number will be shared with other players in the same division for ease of communication. It will only be available to players of the same division from the invite accept or decline screen. 

• If less than 12 players are registered in a division (after any possible merge) by the start date, all fees will be refunded, and that division is cancelled for the season. (Does not apply if there are player withdraws after the start date)

• Players can try the program for 7 days from season start or registration date, and if for any reason they decided to withdraw, they will receive a full refund and they will be removed from the season. Withdrawn players cannot rejoin the same season.

• If you registered for a doubles league and requested a teammate matching, and we were not able to find a partner for you, you will receive a full refund.
